CWAD conducted meetings and dialogue with the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs (MoLJPA) on its premises on the Legal Aid Act on 17th Jan 2022.
CWAD directly interacted with the Joint Secretary of MoLJPA Honorable Phadindra Gautam and received valuable updates on the progress of the amendment process of the Legal Aid Act as per the feedback provided by the CWAD.
In 2019, CWAD along with like-minded CSO’s also submitted recommendations on the Legal Aid Act to MoLJPA.
