Alternative Dispute Resolution for Building Peace and Ending Gender Based Violence:

CWAD had run the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Building Peace and Ending Gender Based Violence project in 2008-2009 at Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur districts of Nepal with the financial support from Global Fund for Women. The Project was success to provide the tools and technique to the community mediator in order to resolve the dispute related cases at community level, increase access to justice to the needy people, referral mechanism for GBV cases, etc.
