Day 2 of TOT on Economic Empowerment – Hands-on Learning & Business Insights At Dhangadhi

The second day of the TOT on Economic Empowerment at Hotel Basera, Dhangadhi, focused on practical learning and business insights. The day included sessions on the traits of successful entrepreneurs, where participants discussed key qualities and self-evaluated, followed by a business idea selection exercise, where they developed a NPR 5000 business plan. They also engaged in a box-making factory exercise, focusing on production planning, cost estimation, and teamwork. The day concluded with reflections on business management and marketing, preparing participants for the upcoming business plan exercise.
