Day 3 of TOT on Economic Empowerment – Business Planning in Action

Day 3 of the TOT on Economic Empowerment at Hotel Basera, Dhangadhi focused on business planning and coaching. The day began with a recap of Day 2’s learnings, followed by Mr. Karki leading a session on the fundamentals of business planning. Participants learned about the 18 key sections of a business plan, using a real-life example for clarity. In the afternoon, they began drafting their business plans, with one-on-one coaching from trainers to refine their ideas and ensure feasibility. It was a highly engaging and productive day, preparing participants for Day 4, where they will finalize and present their business plans.
