Day 4 TOT on Economic Empowerment – A Celebration of Growth & Achievement!

The final day of the TOT on Economic Empowerment focused on finalizing business plans, preparing presentations, and setting action plans. Participants refined their 18-section business plans with coaching from Mr. Karki and Prasanna Raut. They learned how to present their plans effectively, focusing on financial calculations and public speaking. After presenting their plans, trainers provided feedback to refine their ideas. The program ended with a recap of key learnings, the creation of a six-month action plan, the distribution of certificates, and a Deuda dance celebration.
