Day 4  Training of Trainers on Economic Empowerment – Successful Completion and Certificate Distribution in Suryabinayak Municipality

On 13th February 2025, the 4-day Training of Trainers (TOT) on Economic Empowerment for the members of the Weeo Empowerment Women’s Group in Suryabinayak Municipality, Ward No. 6, Bhaktapur successfully concluded. The training was conducted with the generous financial support of AEIN – Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal. The final session of the program was facilitated by Dr. Anita Shrestha and Mr. Bishow Raj Karki, who guided the participants through practical aspects of business planning and how to implement their business plans effectively.

Throughout the day, participants were highly engaged in refining and applying the skills and knowledge they had acquired during the previous sessions. They worked actively on translating their business plans into actionable steps, focusing on the practical side of starting and managing their enterprises. The session was designed to empower participants with the confidence and tools to move forward with their entrepreneurial goals.

To mark the successful completion of the training, Prasanna Raut, Program Manager of CWAD, invited both trainers, Dr. Anita Shrestha and Mr. Bishow Raj Karki, to distribute certificates to all participants, recognizing their dedication and newly acquired skills. The program ended on a high note, with the participants feeling empowered and ready to take the next steps in their economic empowerment journey.
