CWAD developed the Paralegal Position Paper for policy advocacy to recognize the role of paralegal as a justice hero. In order to incorporate the feedback and suggestion from the concerned stakeholders, an interaction program was conducted to finalize the Paralegal Position paper on 29th September 2020 via zoom meeting. The main objective of developing the paralegal position paper was to use it as a tool during the advocacy with the government for the recognition and institutionalizing the paralegals at local level. As well as help explore the status and importance of Paralegals in Nepal.
