Finalization of Teen Mahale with Working Group Network on Legal Aid Act, Civil Code and Criminal Code

After gathering all the incorporated Teen Mahale and Review Report from our respective Consultants. CWAD with our Working Group CSO’s Network conducted three different Finalization process by going one by one Teen Mahale and Review report on three different meetings on 25^th, 27^th and 28^th December 2020. All the proposed gender sensitive or biased provisions mentioned on the Teen Mahale for the revision were re-read for any wordy or unclear definition for the final time to with everyone’s opinion. We managed to still find few additional places that needed additional clarity and selection of word. Thus, the main objective of this activity was to have a finalized agreeable document among the CSO’s Network before submitting to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
