CWAD has been partnering and collaborating with local governments since its establishment for policy advocacy, support mechanisms for victim women and ensure their access to justice, public services and provisions. In this strategy cycle, as Nepal has entered into new federal structure, CWAD aims to deepen this partnership and collaboration with local provincial and central government of Nepal so as to create an enabling environment for the effective implementation of women focused policy provisions, enhance women’s, children and marginalized people’s access to justice, and develop support mechanisms for violence victim women. Along with it, our ongoing programs to hold the duty bearers accountable and transparent for the fulfillment of rights of women children and marginalized will continue.
