CWAD believes in recognizing agency of every women, children and marginalized people and support them to develop and make them realize their own power within and their own agency. Hence, supporting women and their institutions to realize their own power within to bring a transformation for gender equality and for human rights lies at the core of CWAD’s approaches and programs. In this strategic year, CWAD will focus on building their individual and collective agencies, supports their leadership, collective actions and their institutions from grassroots to national levels to establish just society.
