Centre for Women’s Awareness and Development (CWAD) organized a Meeting and Consultation with CSO’s, Paralegal Committee, Municipality and Judicial Committee on 10th December 2019 at Indreni food land and Restaurant, Baneshwor Kathmandu. In the meeting participants from various CSOs, municipalities, Members from Judicial Committee, Paralegal Committee members, from the local level participated. Among which were the ward chair of Kathmandu Municipality, Madhyapur Thimi Municipality, Gokarneshwor Municipality, Lalitpur Municipality, LACC, Nepal Law Campus, and National Law College. A total of 16 participants participated in the program, who shared their ideas and experiences with each other. The objective of the meeting was to know how the paralegals can identify the problems and challenges faced by the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged group of people.
