Meeting and Dialogue with Private Sector, Media, and CSOs Held in Dhangadhi

 ON 6th Dec 2025 CWAD, in coordination with DWRF and with financial support from AEIN – Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal, organized an interactive meeting and dialogue program in Dhangadhi with representatives from the private sector, media, and civil society organizations (CSOs).

As part of the program, a Token of Love was presented to Ms. Sabitra Ghimire (DWRF), along with one representative each from the Dhangadhi Women’s Group and Godawori Women’s Group, in recognition of their valuable contributions and continued support to marginalized communities.

Key sessions were facilitated by Dr. Anita Shrestha, who led a discussion on Gender and Inclusive Justice for Media and CSOs, and Prof. Dr. Shashi Adhikary Raut, who presented CWAD’s achievements, key learnings, and the way forward for 2025.

The program was attended by Ward Chairs from Dhangadhi-8, Dhangadhi-9, and Godawori-7, as well as representatives from media, the private sector, CSOs, and women’s groups from Kailali, making the discussion highly interactive and impactful.
