CWAD organized meeting on Position Paper on Paralegals with concerned stakeholders on 2nd October, 2018 at Indreni Foodland, Baneshwor. Advocate Rabindra Bhattarai presented a paper on Paralegals and was discussed upon this issue to recognition paralegals in National Legal Aid Policy Draft 2074. The main objective of the program was to discuss on Paralegal position paper to identify the need of paralegal and their role in ensuring access to justice at local level.
