CWAD organized a Consultation Meeting with Madhyapur-Thimi and Gokarneshwor Municipalities and their Judicial Committees on 27th January 2020. The objective of this meeting was to recognize the role and importance of paralegal at local level. Paralegal plays a vital role in the community as a bridge between the victim in the community and judicial committee, through the referral of cases which eases access to justice. Thus, a Local Government need to recognize the Paralegals roles and address them in the Local Level Laws and Policies.
