Program on Access to Justice for Women and Marginalized Community at Kailali District

Successful Conclusion of the Program on Access to Justice for Women and Marginalized Communities!

CWAD and Saathi are delighted to announce the successful completion of our collaborative program, conducted in coordination with our esteemed local partner DWRF. This initiative aimed to foster dialogue and collaboration with the Judicial Committee for the empowerment of women and marginalized communities in accessing justice.
We’re thrilled to highlight the diverse participation we witnessed today, including Judicial Committee Members and ward members from Dhangadi Sub-Metropolitan City, Godawari Municipality, Krishnapur Municipality, and Suklaphata Municipality. Your active involvement and commitment to promoting justice and equality are deeply appreciated.
The sessions, enriched by esteemed facilitators like Prof. Dr. Shashi Adhikary and Dr. Anita Shrestha, covered critical topics including the rule of law, good governance, accountability, transparency, and the national legal framework for access to justice. International human rights instruments such as UDHR, Beijing +, CEDAW, and SGD were also explored, along with GESI Planning and GRB.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the participants, facilitators, and organizers who contributed to making this event a resounding success. Your active engagement and commitment to promoting justice and equality are truly commendable.

Let’s continue working together towards a more just and inclusive society! Stay tuned for more updates and future initiatives from CWAD, Saathi, DWRF, and our esteemed participants.
