The event was organized on 16th February 2018, to develop the strategic plan of the organization for the next five years (2018-2022). In the workshop, board members and the management team were participated and shared their ideas, scopes and experiences to contribute to the strategic planning of the organization. The five years strategic plan was developed and has been guiding the CWAD in setting the priorities with its Vision Mission, and Goal to outreach the programs for women, marginalized, children, Dalit, transgender for their empowerment and development.
