Working Group Network Meeting Held in Kailali

On 5 December 2025, at Dhangadhi Basera Hotel in Kailali District, CWAD, in coordination with DWRF and with financial support from AEIN – Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal, organized a Working Group Network Meeting .

The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including the President of the Kailali Bar Association, school principals and teachers, Nepal Police, municipal staff, and representatives from DWRF and other organizations. Facilitated by Prof. Dr. Shashi Adhikary Raut and Dr. Anita Shrestha, discussions focused on digital violence, workplace harassment, legal provisions for women’s and girls’ rights, and coordination mechanisms. Participants also explored ways to strengthen collaboration and plan collective actions for future initiatives.
