Working Group Network Meeting with Stakeholders – Bhaktapur (15th Dec 2025)

With financial support from AEIN – Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal, CWAD successfully organized a Working Group Network Meeting in Bhaktapur.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including representatives from the Bar Association Bhaktapur, Government Attorney’s Office, OCMC, schools, Nepal Police, municipal staff, and various organizations.

The session was facilitated by Prof. Dr. Shashi Adhikary Raut and Dr. Anita Shrestha, focusing on:

• Digital violence and workplace harassment

• Legal provisions for the rights of women and girls

• Coordination mechanisms among stakeholders

Participants also explored ways to plan collective initiatives and strengthen collaborative efforts moving forward
