CWAD has organized the Workshop with the Ministry of Women Children and Social Welfare (MoWCSW) to review its training Manuals and Policies with an objective to identify the Legal and Policy framework regarding the Paralegals on 30th May 2018 at Indreni Foodland, Kathmandu. Representatives from various concerned stakeholders of Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs, Ministry of Women, Children and Social Affairs, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, National Women Commission, National Human Right Commission, University, Nepal Bar, Civil society Organization were present in the program. The discussion was made on the issue that how the Paralegals are mobilized in society and how they are formed. In the discussion, the various stakeholders were presented and the various new issues relating to Paralegals has been identified.
