CWAD Celebrates 29th Annual Day in Bhaktapur

CWAD celebrated  29th Annual Day at Bhaktapur Guest House, Katunje, Bhaktapur, bringing together Board Members, Advisors, staff, members of the Bhaktapur Women’s Group, local government representatives, partners, and well-wishers to mark 29 years of commitment to women’s empowerment, gender equality, and inclusive community development.

A special highlight of the celebration was the presentation of Tokens of Love to individuals in recognition of their unwavering support and valuable contributions to CWAD’s mission. The recipients were Ms. Hiralaxmi Koju, Ward Member of Suryabinayak Municipality–6 and an active member of the Bhaktapur Women’s Group; Ms. Bijayalaxmi Subedi, Chief of the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Section, Suryabinayak Municipality; and Ms. Samjhana Mainali, Procurement Assistant at CWAD.
